If you're lettering a poster or a sign, start with plain block capitals, then draw a rounded outline around each one, leaving a small gap. Thicken the bottom and right edges for a 3D shadow, and finish with a small white shine mark near the top left of each letter.
Unicode only defines filled circled letters as capitals. The generator converts your lowercase letters to capitals for that style.
